Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role involves daily customer interactions, tracking support tickets, and providing ongoing assistance to help clients maximize the value of our satellite and GIS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Assist clients with product usage, troubleshooting, and onboarding.
  • Track and manage customer tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, sales, and support) to address customer needs.
  • Maintain customer records and document key interactions.
  • Provide proactive guidance and handholding to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, GIS, Remote Sensing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in customer support, success, or technical support roles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
