UI/UX Designer

Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate
will combine design expertise with a deep understanding of user behavior to craft seamless and engaging
interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs
into innovative designs, driving the success of our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Development:
- Collaborate with product managers and software developers to define design requirements and project
goals.
- Design functional and visually appealing features that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and navigation systems.
- Experience in designing for desktop applications is preferred, with an emphasis on creating seamless and
intuitive user interfaces for desktop environments.
User Research and Testing:
- Conduct extensive user research to understand target audience needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to optimize the user experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX-related issues to ensure a seamless platform experience.
Visual Communication:
- Develop storyboards, sitemaps, and graphic user interface (GUI) elements such as menus, buttons, and
icons.
- Create presentations, graphics, and illustrations to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Collaboration and Feedback:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate designs into development workflows.
- Gather and relay user feedback to refine and enhance product offerings.
Qualification
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer
Interaction (HCI), Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant
projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Flowmap, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and user flow mapping.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent visual communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- High empathy and flexibility to adapt designs based on user and stakeholder input.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
