Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative DevOps Engineer to join our team, specializing in the automation
of software development and release processes. In this role, you'll get to be part of Software and an R&D team
working on applying state-of-the-art Computer Vision and AI techniques on Satellite data.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement new development tools and infrastructure
- Automate and improve development, deployment, and release processes
- Understand stakeholder requirements and effectively communicate them to the development team
- Collaborate with software developers and engineers to ensure development aligns with best practices and
project goals
- Test, review, and analyze code written by others to ensure quality and performance
- Identify technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop software fixes or updates
- Ensure the security, reliability, and stability of systems against cybersecurity threats
- Develop software integrations with internal back-end systems
- Build tools to reduce error occurrences and enhance user/customer experience
- Develop scripts and tools to automate tasks, including data visualization
- Design and implement procedures for system troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance
- Deploy updates, fixes, and provide ongoing technical support
- Participate in planning and decision-making throughout the software project lifecycle
Qualification
- 1+ year experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
- Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science engineering or relevant field and should
have worked in a project as a DevOps Engineer.
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
- Good knowledge of Python, React JS, Electron, RestAPIs
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL
- Problem-solving attitude
